Our practice is now centered around an annual concierge membership model, offering tiered levels of care designed to provide exceptional access, continuity, and integrative support for your family. Each tier reflects a deeper level of partnership, allowing you to choose the experience that aligns with your family’s needs and values. This model allows us to dedicate more time, attention, and intention to every family we serve—creating a higher standard of care rooted in prevention, connection, and whole-person wellness.

Insurances Accepted

Dunedin Pediatrics & Family is a concierge practice and is not "in-network" with any insurance company. Insurance may still be used to pay for lab tests, and other third-party vendors in-network with your insurance.  When a referral, test or medication is ordered, please verify with your insurance that the lab, radiology center, pharmacy or specialist is in network prior to scheduling. Please make sure you notify the doctor of your preferred in-network pharmacy to avoid delays in processing your prescription.

  • Can you see me too? (parents)

    Yes—but in a different capacity.


    Dr. Vivian provides pediatric primary care through Dunedin Pediatrics & Family, so she does not serve as a traditional adult primary care or family medicine physician.


    However, she does work with adults through Intentional Wellness, where the focus is integrative medicine, prevention, nutrition, lifestyle, stress, sleep, metabolic health, healthy aging, and overall wellness.


    Adults who work with Dr. Vivian through Intentional Wellness should continue to maintain their own primary care physician for routine adult medical care, screenings, acute illnesses, and ongoing management of conditions that require traditional Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.


    A simple way to think about it:

    Dunedin Pediatrics & Family: Pediatric primary care

    Intentional Wellness: Integrative and wellness care for adults and families


    So if you're looking for a new family doctor for yourself, Dr. Vivian does not fill that traditional primary care role. But if you're looking for a physician who can take a deeper, more proactive and personalized approach to your health and wellness, we'd be happy to introduce you to Intentional Wellness.


  • Are you willing to see patients outside of your membership practice?

    We are willing to see sick patients who are not members if our schedule permits. Well-child and adult wellness care is limited to patients who are members of Dunedin Pediatrics & Family. Contact our office to check availability and pricing.
